How many guests are there on each experience?
Our experiences are designed for a maximum of 4 guests, allowing us to provide a more personal, comfortable and flexible experience.
Do you provide pickup from my accommodation?
Complimentary pickup is available from selected locations in Rovaniemi. If your accommodation is outside our complimentary pickup area, we can arrange a convenient meeting point in Rovaniemi at no additional charge. Direct pickup from locations outside Rovaniemi may also be available for an additional fee, depending on the location and experience. Exact pickup arrangements and any additional cost will be confirmed in advance.
What should I wear for the experience?
Lapland weather can be very cold, especially during winter. We recommend warm layered clothing, winter shoes, gloves and a hat. Please check the weather conditions before your experience and dress appropriately.
